How to Make a Sprinkle Bottle and DIY Natural Hairspray recipe

Hi guys! This is more of a beauty diy rather than my normal #RDIY, but I may be doing more of this in the future so my hashtag for this type of posts would be #Allthingsbeautyrelated

Anyway, lets just get started.( I hate long intros.)
Here is the recipe. Well i am not the genius behind this recipe so all thanks to Seventeen mag. The magazine that I love love love.

Why is honey so good? To answer your question:

1. Honey is an emollient which means it is a natural softener. This makes it a great hair conditioner that smooths your hair.
2. It is a natural antioxidant, so it tends to make your scalp healthy and stimulate hair growth.

3.As honey is an emollient, it also improves the health of the hair follicles which are responsible for hair growth. Researchers say that proper use of honey of treatment of hair can waken up the sleeping hair follicles which boost the growth of hair.

4. We all know that honey is a humectant, it tends to prevent the loss of moisture from your scalp. But honey has also high sugar content which helps to retain moisture. This as a result prevents hair fall and strengthens the hair follicles.

5. Honey also comprises of antibacterial and antiseptic qualities too. This prevents our scalp from infections or psoriasis and tends to keep our scalp clean and bacteria-free. This also keeps us away from dandruff and itchiness on your scalp.

6. If your hair is dry or increased pollution and direct exposure to sun as made them lifeless, then use of honey can bring back that lost sheen and shine of your hair.

  • First of all, you will need a plastic water bottle with a cap.

  • Then, you would want to take the cap off and poke some small holes on the cap by using something sharp. I used a needle, but the hole wasn't big enough for the water to pass through.

* Always test the flow of the water before filling up the bottle with the real hairspray.

  • After that, I tried to use a seam ripper to poke holes onto the cap and fortunately it worked perfectly.

This is how the end product looks like.

  • Then, test the flow of water by filling the cap with some tap water and put it upside down.

This is a bonus recipe for you guys. Hope you enjoy! Thanks for reading! Have fun making this DIY.

How To Paint Words onto A Sweater Plus Plain Sweater Transformation

Hey guys! I have been MIA for a long time because it took a few days to complete this sweater as I was busy with a competition. But anyway, I should just zip up my mouth and teach you guys how to make this sweater.

  • The first thing that you need to do is create a stencil to paint on.
  • First things first, google for some motivational quotes or if you already have one in your mind that you love, you can use it.

  • I recycled some thick paper from a roll of cotton, but I think cardboard should create a better surface to paint on as cardboard won't stick out like this paper.
  • *do not use A4 paper!! I tried this and the paint smeared out of control.

  • Before draw out the quote measure how big you want your quote to be and mark the edges of the stencil.

  • After that, just draw out the quote you like on the cardboard with a mechanical pencil. I wrote Why fit in? Stand out and I love this quote. Actually the real version is Why fit in when you were born to stand out? We r all special.

  • Then, using a knife cut the stencil carefully. Remember to keep all the O's inside of any letter.

  • Part two is all about painting.
  • Take out your paintbrush and some fabric paint or dye of your choice. I chose black and yellow fabric paint.(Actually those are the only two colours I own.)

  • If you accidentally cut the stencil, just tape it back like this.

  • Tape the edges of the stencil to the sweater with masking tape.

  • Tape on the Os.

  • This is how the stencil looks like.

  • Remember to pile some newspaper in between the two sides so that the paint won't go through the fabric.

  • Start painting! Have fun! Be careful so that the sweater turns out perfect.

  • Let the paint dry overnight.

  • You can also draw on some graphics if you want.

  • I sew some buttons at the bottom of the neckline.
  • This is how I sew the buttons.

Pass the needle through another button hole.

Knot behind the fabric and cut off excess thread.

  • I outlined the words with A Purple Sharpie.

The end look of the sweater. My mom thinks it is ugly:(. Never mind I believe that you guys can do better than me.

Oh and btw I made this shirt ages before I decided to make the sweater. I personally think that this looks a whole look cuter and my friends think so too;)

Have fun creating and saving money! Good Luck to you!

Thanks for reading and crafting!

How To Make A Bracelet Organiser(Bonus)

Hey guys! Well, I am posting a rather short blog post for this week because I had fever:( and had no time to #RDIY. I know I am a disappointment. I love to #RDIY too, so enough ranting, i am going to show you guys how to make bracelet organiser.

  • Well first of all take some fishing line and knot it at the end of a wire like this.

  • Twist the wire like so, but remember to leave a little hole for your hook to go through the hole.

  • Bend the wire into a hook.

  • Bend the other end of the wire into a tiny hook.

Finally, you can either tie the fishing line into a hanger and hang it in your wardrobe or just tie it on the rail of your wardrobe.
Done! Quite easy right? I hope you like this #RDIY. I will be back next week with a better one. This is actually a bonus from my last post, so if you haven't learn How to a Jewellery Hanger from an old Hanger, click on the link.

Thanks for reading!

How to a Jewellery Hanger from an old Hanger

Hey guys! I am back with a diy tutorial on how to make a jewellery hanger from an old hanger, a plier and some wire. I love how this jewellery hanger gives some sparkle to my boring wardrobe and the good thing about this jewellery hanger is that you can literally just hang it in your wardrobe which makes choosing jewellery a whole lot easier.
By the way, I recently made a cover version of Life of the Party By Shawn Mendes.
Here is the link of the video. You can check it out if you like Shawn Mendes too.

  • The first thing you need to do is literally take some of the wire and wrap it around the back of the hanger like this. Make sure that the wire is secured.

  • Then, you would want to measure how long you want the loop to be and cut off any excess wire with a pair of scissors or a plier.

  • Form a hook at the end of the wire to hook the jewellery into place.

Like this.

  • Then, you may want to take some stick on beads or some sparkly 3D embellishments.

  • Paste them in between each bead to stop the wire from sliding across and get into a tangled mess.

This is it for this week's #RDIY. I will create more #RDIYs for you guys this weekend. Thanks for reading and wanting to craft and save earth at least by a little by reusing old stuff.
Bye!
