Easy DIY Bow Hair Ties From Old Shirts and Jeans

Hi guys! A few days ago, I saw a bow making tutorial on Bethany Mota's Youtube Channel. She is like my fav DIY guru on Youtube cuz she makes really cool stuff plus her style is sweet and girly.

Her Youtube video link is here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Or3QTBmIKw

For me, I don't usually wear a lot of bows like the ones girls usually wears, but I do want to make my everyday hair-ties look a whole lot cuter. Now,  when I wear me bow hair-ties, I felt cool and girly. Nobody ever wears bow hair-ties in my class and that kind of made me special.

So enough with the intro, let's just get started:

  •  First of all, you need to find some old jeans or a T-Shirt that you don't want any more. If you want to, you can also buy some fabric, but we are kind of sticking to a Recycle DIY here.

  • Cut out a rectangular piece of the shirt or jeans.

  • Cut out a long piece of the hem of the shirt or jeans like this.

  • If you are lazy like me, just take your glue gun and let's get ready to make this easy thing!

  • Here are all the 3 pieces of my fabric.

  • Basically, just glue the edges of the rectangular fabric so that they won't fray.

  • Then, pinch the bow and wrap the hem of the shirt or jeans around the bow.

  • After that, place the B&B (Black and boring) hair-tie in the hem and hot glue that.

  • Cut out any excess and you are done.
  •  Here are how the bow hair-tie turned out to look like. I really like them and have been wearing them 24/7 now cuz they are so cute and pretty and you can just easily pair them up with any outfit.

Bye! This was an easy #RDIY, hope you like it. #Bowaddiction
